These terms outline how reservations, changes, payment and service coordination are handled by Menlo Park Limo.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only after Menlo Park Limo accepts the request and confirms the date, time, pickup details, service format and vehicle category. A request submitted through the website is not, by itself, a guaranteed reservation.
Service details
Clients are responsible for providing accurate passenger, flight, pickup, destination, timing, luggage and special-service information. Vehicle assignment is subject to availability and is confirmed with each request.
Changes and cancellations
Changes to a reservation should be communicated as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, minimum charges and any applicable waiting or extension charges are confirmed with the reservation because they may vary by service type, timing and itinerary.
Airport and waiting coordination
Flight information should be supplied when an airport transfer is requested. Flight tracking, terminal instructions, curbside coordination and any included waiting period follow the confirmed service brief. Additional waiting, late changes or an altered destination may affect the final charge.
Rates and payment
Rates shown on the website are indicative unless a written quote or reservation confirmation states otherwise. The confirmed price may reflect route, time, vehicle, stops, airport conditions, waiting, requested extras, tolls or other itinerary details. Payment and billing arrangements are confirmed before service.
Conduct and safety
Passengers must follow applicable laws and reasonable chauffeur instructions. Menlo Park Limo may decline or end service when conduct, passenger condition, luggage, unsafe conditions or an undisclosed change creates a safety or operational concern.
